Ingredients
- Peas (crushed) – 200 g
- Spinach - 80 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cream - 200 ml
- Leek - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Thyme - 2 twigs
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the peas with water and boil until soft. Crushed is cooked the fastest.
Chop the chicken in a blender, adding water for convenience.
Send the chicken mass to the boiled peas.
Chop the spinach, leek and garlic. Fry in butter and also send it to the soup.
