Ingredients
- Peas (stabbed) – 120 g
- Red lentils - 120 g
- Smoked meat - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the peas with water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the lentils and cook for another 10 minutes. Send the chopped smoked meats to the soup.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft. Also send it to the soup.
Cook everything together until the ingredients are ready. Add the herbs and spices, and after 2 minutes remove the pea soup from the heat.
