Ingredients
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Sea buckthorn - 100 g
- Ice - 1 handful
- Honey - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the orange pulp and banana.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and add a little water to taste.
Whisk the smoothie until smooth.
