Oatmeal for breakfast is not original anymore? Then cook the milk jelly with oat flakes. This wonderful drink can be served in addition to a meal and just for a healthy snack. The cooking process is not without its own peculiarities.
Ingredients
- Milk (boiled) – 500 ml
- Water (purified) – 500 ml
- Oat flakes - 2 glasses
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour cold water over the oat flakes and put them in a warm place for a day.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender, strain through a sieve and pour into a saucepan.
Add milk, sugar and boil everything together on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Cool the finished jelly slightly and pour into cups. You can decorate the top with oatmeal, berries or cocoa.
