Ingredients
- Apples - 800 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Brown Sugar - 6 tbsp.l .
- Carnation - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 3 sticks
- Star anise - 4 asterisks
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into pieces, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and all spices, mix the compote and boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
Strain the finished drink if desired.
