Slowly enjoy a healthy warming drink, wrapped in a warm blanket on a chilly winter evening… What could be nicer? Just drink this spicy drink in the circle of relatives and friends. I will share a recipe for ”winter” vitamin cranberry tea.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put green tea, mint, cloves and allspice in a teapot.

Boil water and pour boiling water (about 0.8-1 liters) into the contents of the teapot. Close the teapot with a lid and let the tea brew a little.

If you use frozen cranberries, first defrost them.

Chop the berries with a blender or using a wooden pusher. Put the berry mass in a saucepan.

Pour the remaining boiling water over the berries, add sugar and a slice of lemon. Bring the mass to a boil and remove the saucepan from the heat.

Combine the brewed tea and berry mass. Cover with a lid and let the drink brew a little.

Strain the tea. If necessary, add sugar to taste. If the tea seems too concentrated to you, add more boiling water.

Add the remaining lemon slices to the tea, pour into cups and serve immediately.
