This recipe will appeal to lovers of fragrant pears. Its oily, thick and juicy pulp makes excellent drinks. One of my favorites is a pear smoothie. I cook it on coconut water with the addition of a small amount of honey.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears into quarters, remove the core, chop.
Put the sliced fruit into the blender bowl.
Pour in coconut water and grind until smooth.
Add honey, stir and serve.
