Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 250 g
- Water - 2 l
- Starch - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the lingonberries and grind through a sieve.
Add sugar to the cake, pour water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Strain.
Dissolve starch in cranberry juice.
Bring the broth to a boil and slowly pour in the starch mixture, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 2-3 minutes.
