Ingredients
- Strawberries - 400 g
- Raspberry - 400 g
- Red currant - 400 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water - 1.5-2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the whole berry, cover with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
Pour hot water and bring the compote to a boil.
Cook for 7 minutes on low heat and let the compote cool under the lid.
