When cooking compotes, I prefer to mix as many different ingredients as possible. For example, catch a proven recipe with cranberries, oranges and apricots. It can be drunk cold or hot instead of tea.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 300 g
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Cranberries - 400 g
- Sugar - 6-7 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop apricots and oranges, add cranberries and pour water over everything.
Bring the compote to a boil and immediately add sugar.
Cook the drink for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring.
