Ingredients
- Cherry - 300 g
- Gooseberry - 200 g
- Red currant - 150 g
- Black Currant - 150 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Basil - 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the water to a boil and stir in the sugar.
Add all the washed berries and bring to a boil again.
Add basil leaves and lemon slices.
Boil the compote for 6-7 minutes and strain.
