In the summer, there is always a bottle of homemade kvass in my refrigerator. I have several recipes on duty that I have been using for a long time. Among them is pear kvass. Today I will tell you in detail how to make this wonderful drink from pears.

Grate the pear and put it in an enameled saucepan.

Add warm water, sugar, yeast and citric acid. Stir and put away in a warm place for 2 days.

Pour the blank into plastic bottles, add raisins to each. Pear kvass should stand at room temperature for a day, and then for another 4 days in the refrigerator.
