- Apricots - 900 g
- Water - 1.5-2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apricots into large slices and fill with water.
Bring everything to a boil over medium heat.
Turn down the heat and cook the compote for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
