- Apricots - 500 g
- Sea buckthorn - 300 g
- Honey - 100 g
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves, add sea buckthorn and pour hot water.
Bring the compote to a boil and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add honey, stir and remove the compote from the heat.
