Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Oat flakes - 30 g
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the milk, pour in the oat flakes and leave under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Boil the finely chopped pumpkin for a couple until soft – this is also about 15 minutes.
Coarsely chop a banana, put all the ingredients in a blender bowl, add honey and cinnamon and whisk until smooth.
