This is a very satisfying protein salad, because there are two types of beans in it at once – red and green beans. And pickled mushrooms with pine nuts! You can boil red beans in advance or just take canned.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 200 g
- Red Beans (canned or boiled) – 200 g
- String beans - 250 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Nuts (cedar) – 1 handful
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Add the pickled mushrooms and red beans, season the salad with olive oil.
Add finely and thinly sliced parmesan and pine nuts.
