One of the classic sauces of Chinese cuisine is sweet and sour. And you can cook it in a variety of ways. I want to share one of my favorite recipes. Good for vegetables, meat, salads, noodles – yes to everything.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 4 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Orange juice - 6 art.l.
- Corn flour - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the liquid ingredients.
Dilute the flour in 4 tablespoons of water and pour in the same.
Bring everything to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove the sauce from the stove.
