The classic pesto sauce is herbs and olive oil. There are no creamy ingredients in it. But pesto has long become so popular all over the world that it has naturally grown into dozens and hundreds of different variations. And here is one of them.
Ingredients
- Basil - 40 g
- Parsley - 10 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Pine nuts - 0.5 glasses
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the stems from the greenery.
Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan.
Grate the parmesan.
Whisk all the ingredients in a blender.
