Georgian cuisine is rich in spicy and savory sauces for every taste. Moreover, many of them can be found in different variations and from different ingredients, not just from tomatoes alone. For example, such a satsebeli from plums is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Chili pepper - 25 g
- Hop-suneli - 10 g
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plums, peel the garlic and remove the middle of the chili.
Put everything together with the nuts through a meat grinder.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Boil the sauce for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
