Ingredients
- Berries - 400 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Wine (red) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berries and chop them in a blender.
Mix the resulting puree with sugar, lemon zest and boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
Mix starch with cold water and pour a thin stream into the boiling sauce, stirring continuously.
Add the garlic and wine passed through the press and melt everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
