- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Milk - 150 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add sour cream, milk, salt and ground pepper.
Mix well and serve.
