Most often we find barbecue sauce made on the basis of tomatoes or plums. Today I want to offer you a more original version. This kind of white sauce is an ideal addition to shish kebab, steak, chicken and other meat dishes.
Ingredients
- Water - 0.25 glasses
- Mayonnaise - 240 g
- Wine vinegar (white) – 0.25 glasses
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Horseradish - 12 g

Send all the ingredients for the sauce to the blender.
Whisk until smooth.
Add water and spices as needed.
