The French dish can be easily prepared by yourself. To do this, of course, you will need an original refueling. There are different versions of the sauce for the Nicoise salad. I like to cook it with garlic, lemon and wine vinegar.
Ingredients
- Garlic - 1 tooth
- Lemon - half
- Mustard - 3 tbsp.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the lemon juice into the prepared bowl.
Add wine vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic passed through a press and mix until smooth.
Add spices, salt and mix again.
