Berry and fruit sauces have long been recognized as an ideal addition to meat. One of my favorites is this apricot sauce. I love to cook it in the summer in the season of fresh fruit, and now I will share all the tricks of the process.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots and cut the flesh.
Add water, chopped onion, garlic, and bring everything to a boil.
Boil for 10 minutes. Grind everything with a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
Boil the sauce for another 5-7 minutes.
