A completely non–classical variation of the recipe - Caesar with roasted chickpeas. But actually spicy and crunchy, it perfectly replaces crackers! If you want to cook a completely vegan or lean dish, choose the appropriate dressing and replace the parmesan with tofu.

For Chickpeas:
- Chickpeas - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Ground ginger - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak chickpeas for 10-12 hours, for example – overnight.
Drain the water from it and dry it slightly, and then fry in olive oil, stirring, for about 15-20 minutes.
A couple of minutes before the end, add all the spices. Chickpeas should be golden and crispy.
Mix salad mix with dressing and arrange on plates.
Spread the chickpeas on top and add the parmesan.
