Add flour and fry for 1.5-2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Mix milk with cream.

Pour the milk billet into a saucepan with fried flour and mix until smooth.

Add salt, garlic passed through the press and cook for 7-10 minutes over low heat. In the process, stir the sauce often, otherwise it will burn.
