Ingredients
- Butter - 60 g
- Flour - 40 g
- Meat broth - 500 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the flour until golden in half the butter.
Pour in the broth, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps.
Continuing to stir, add spices, salt and yolk.
Heat the sauce to a boil, whisking constantly with a whisk.
Add the remaining oil and lemon juice, and mix again.
If desired, add chopped greens to the sauce.
