This Polish sauce should be added to the piggy bank of unusual and at the same time classic sauces. The peculiarity is that boiled eggs go into it. At the same time, it is most often served with fish, but you can try it with any other dishes.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 120 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Salt - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and finely chop.
Melt the butter in a water bath.
Add chopped onion, eggs, salt, chopped parsley leaves, lemon juice and a little zest.
Warm everything up together for a couple of minutes.
