I love meat with different fruit and berry sauces. One of my latest finds is this kind of pear sauce. It is very unusual, because I have not met such a person even in restaurants. But at the same time it is very tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- Pear - 4 pieces
- Olive oil - 120 ml
- Shallots - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Water - 2 art.l.
- Thyme - 2 twigs
- Meat broth - 900 ml
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears in half, remove the middle, grease the halves with butter and put them on a baking sheet with the slice down.
Coarsely chop the onion and wrap it with garlic in foil. Add 2 more tablespoons of oil and water.
Bake everything together in the oven for half an hour at 200-220 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and simmer for another half hour on low heat.
Beat it with a blender and season to taste.
