Ingredients
- Honey (liquid) – 4 tbsp.l.
- Mustard (acute) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix liquid honey, both types of mustard, ground pepper and garlic passed through a press.
Heat the resulting mass to a temperature of 50-60 degrees and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Add salt and mix well.
Honey mustard marinade is ready!
