In such a cabbage salad, I prefer to add two types of cabbage – ordinary and Peking. You can also add a couple of iceberg leaves or lettuce. So the traditional recipe with crab sticks plays with new colors.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Cabbage - 200 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 150 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Crab sticks - 400 g
- Corn - 1 bank
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop both types of cabbage and iceberg.
Coarsely chop the crab sticks, chop the greens and add the corn.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
