This salad is really bean, because there are practically no other ingredients in it. But the beans will need several types at once. And besides it, chickpeas or lentils – what do you like best. I tell you what to do with it all and what to fill it with.
Ingredients
- Chickpeas - 200 g
- Red Beans - 200 g
- Beans - 200 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil two types of beans and chickpeas in advance or take canned ones.
Finely chop the onion, herbs and chili. A little larger – cucumbers and peppers.
For dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
