Smoked chicken, canned pineapples and corn – what could be better? Especially if you add tender cheese, crispy bell pepper and aromatic spices to taste. Most often I cook this salad for the holidays, because all the guests like it.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Corn - 1 bank
- Pineapple (canned) – 300 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 3-4 art.l.
- Greenery - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the ingredients, including cheese, into small cubes.
Add the corn, season the salad and stir.
Before serving, season the dish with light mayonnaise and garnish with herbs.
