Peking cabbage is often combined with bell pepper in salads. They have very complementary tastes and textures. Therefore, you probably have already met similar recipes. I want to offer another one – with hazelnuts and cilantro.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Hazelnuts - 2 handfuls
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pepper into thin strips, and chop the pekin.
Chop the cilantro and hazelnuts, mix the salad.
Season it to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with olive oil.
