I want to share with you one of my favorite quick salads with just two main ingredients – mushrooms and string beans. The dish makes an excellent hearty snack or even a side dish for meat.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- String beans - 300 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans for a few minutes in boiling water.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms and fry until tender in olive oil.
Mix the salad and season to taste.
