- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 3 leaf
- Arugula - 10 twigs
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olives - 100 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and peeled onions.
Tear the salad and arugula leaves with your hands.
Mix tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, lettuce, arugula, feta and olives.
Add ground pepper, salt and oregano. Season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
