Of all that can be added to a classic olivier, olives are one of the most harmonious and at the same time unobvious options. It seems, where are the olives, and where is the good old Soviet salad. But in fact it turns out just fine!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Green peas - 3 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake chicken, potatoes and carrots until tender.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled and let everything cool completely.
Cut the olives into thin circles, and the rest of the ingredients into small cubes.
Add the peas and season the olivier with mayonnaise.
