Among the huge variety of dishes, salads are probably prepared most often. They are often served as a supplement to the second, prepared for holidays and taken with them for a snack. Today I offer you another delicious salad recipe.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin strips and rinse.

Add salt, half vegetable oil and mix.

Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the potatoes and fry until tender.

Put the potatoes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Slice the chicken breast and celery stalks.

Grate carrots, rinse corn.

Mix olives, chicken breasts, celery, carrots, corn, raisins, salt and mayonnaise.

Arrange the salad leaves on a plate, put the salad on top.

Sprinkle with fried potatoes and serve.
