This salad will easily replace the main dish, because thanks to baked potatoes it turns out very satisfying. Moreover, there is also a rather fatty cod liver. If desired, serve it warm or cold.
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 250 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings (for potatoes) – 1 tsp.
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into slices, drizzle with oil, roll in spices and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Boil the quail eggs for 5 minutes and cut in half.
Chop the greens and cod liver, slice the tomatoes.
Beautifully lay out the ingredients on the lettuce leaves. If desired, season or sprinkle the salad with oil.
