There are so many variations of Olivier that you can't count them all for a long time. I share with you a great option with ham and green onions. It is not quite classic, but it will perfectly complement your festive feast.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Ham - 300 g
- Green peas (canned) – 1 bank
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake carrots and potatoes until tender. Boil the hard-boiled eggs separately.
Chop the green onion, and cut the rest of the ingredients into approximately the same cube.
Add the peas and season the salad with mayonnaise.
