A very unusual salad with an unusual preparation of mussels in tomato, which I will tell you about later in the recipe. In addition, you will need roasted peanuts, so if necessary, dry it in a dry pan in advance.
Ingredients
- Mussels - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Peanuts (fried) – 120 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots and finely chop the pepper, chili and garlic.
Chop one tomato and send it to the vegetables, and grate the other.
Fry the mussels on high heat for a couple of minutes, add the grated tomato and fry for another 2 minutes.
Let them cool down a little and mix all the ingredients.
Season the salad with sesame oil.
