Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Shrimp (cleared) – 150 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Fish sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse under running water.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop tomatoes, red and bell peppers.
Mix the funchosa, shrimp and vegetables.
Separately mix fish and soy sauces, salt, ground pepper and vegetable oil.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and remove to infuse in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
