If you need a delicious, fast, but at the same time satisfying snack – this is it. I advise you to use canned beans, so as not to spend an hour cooking. Sometimes I take chickpeas instead – it also goes well with tuna.
Ingredients
- Tuna - 1 bank
- Beans - 1 bank
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Spinach - 1 handful
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cucumber into slices, and the cherry in half.
Add spinach or other greens, beans and tuna.
Mix and season the salad to taste.
Sprinkle it with olive oil and lemon juice.
