Ingredients
- Shrimp (boiled peeled) – 200 g
- Green peas - 100 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Capers - 1 tbsp.l.
- Quail eggs - 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and carrots. Separately boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling.
Let everything cool and slice. At the same time, cut the cucumbers and add the peas.
Add shrimp and capers to the olivier, and season the salad with mayonnaise.
