This is a rather original interpretation of the traditional crab salad with cabbage. If you want to make it piquant, you can add a little grated ginger along with the onion. And be sure to experiment with serving.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 300 g
- Peking cabbage - 250 g
- Cabbage - 250 g
- Fig - 120 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Corn - 200 g
- Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly chop both types of cabbage and mash with your hands.
Boil the rice until tender and add to the cabbage.
In the same place, cut the onion into feathers and season everything with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Place the salad on plates using a serving ring.
Disassemble the crab sticks into fibers or grate them on a grater, and put them on top.
Sprinkle the salad with corn.
