Mutton is not often found on sale. If you still managed to get it, by all means prepare this salad. The meat is cut into thin slices and fried to the state of chips. Crispy pieces of lamb are perfectly combined with vegetables!
Ingredients
- Mutton (clipping) – 350 g
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumbers (average) – 3 pieces
- Lettuce - 300 g
- Bow purple (average) – 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Greek yogurt - 80 ml
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the lamb, dry thoroughly and cut into thin plates.
Sprinkle each piece generously with spices and put it in a preheated frying pan with oil. Cook on high heat for 10-15 minutes.
Put the finished meat on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and peeled onions.
Put the corn in a colander and rinse.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix lamb, corn, lettuce leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.
Add salt to taste and season the salad with Greek yogurt.
