Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 100 g
- Beans - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Garnet (grains) – 80 g
- Sunflower seeds - 4 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the beans overnight and boil during the day until soft.
Boil the pearl barley according to the instructions on the package, and let them cool down.
Finely chop the onion and cucumbers, add pomegranate seeds and chopped cilantro.
Mix the salad, season with oil and sprinkle with seeds.
