Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chicken breasts - 400 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Apples - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separately boil the chicken, carrots, potatoes and eggs.
When everything cools down, cut the ingredients for the olivier into small cubes. Just chop the onion even smaller.
If desired, pour boiling water over the onion so that it does not taste bitter.
Season the salad with mayonnaise to taste.
