Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 4 leaf
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion, cut into rings and rinse.
Add sugar, vinegar, stir and cover for 10 minutes.
Tear the salad leaves with your hands.
Cut the red fish into small cubes.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix fish, pickled onion, lettuce, avocado and coriander.
Season the salad with salt, pepper and oil.
