Like all cocktail salads, this recipe is very good for home parties and receptions. The peculiarity is that it is immediately served in portions and at one time – without the vast common salad bowls. Fresh mushrooms give it an unusual flavor.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (champignons) – 150 g
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Arugula - 1 handful
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Corn - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs 4-5 minutes after boiling.
Finely chop all the ingredients, including green onions and arugula.
Arrange the salad into glasses and decorate to taste. Drizzle with olive oil.
